IE Commuter’s "Experience Metrolink" Program Participation Guidelines


  • Participants in the Experience Metrolink Program (Program) must have an IE Commuter account. An account can be created at IECommuter.org.
  • Participants must be residents of Riverside or San Bernardino counties and aged 18 or older.
  • Qualified participants can receive up to 90 days of Metrolink tickets from an origin station within Riverside or San Bernardino counties, or from the Claremont, Industry or Downtown Pomona stations.
  • The 90-day period begins on the activation date of the first ticket, with the option to request additional tickets throughout this period.
  • IECommuter.org’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions apply to entry into and use of the Program benefits.
  • Only one application to the Program per individual is permitted. Submission of multiple applications may result in disqualification from the Program. Automated application submission entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
  • Any attempt to use fictitious or non-functioning home or email addresses or identities to sign up for the Program will void the entry and may disqualify the applicant from participation in the Program.
  • Proof of submission of an application for the Program does not guarantee receipt by IE Commuter.
  • IE Commuter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
Tickets will be issued in the form of a combination of 7-Day passes, 10-Day passes and Monthly Passes, to be issued at the discretion of IE COMMUTER.

After initial and subsequent tickets have been used and/or expired, participants must return to IECommuter.org to request additional tickets, provided they are still within their 90-Day participation window.

Metrolink tickets will be issued to the participant via their Ticket Wallet in the Metrolink app. In cases where physical passes are issued due to the participant not having a phone with access to the Metrolink app, passes will be mailed to the individual participants at the home address provided.

IE Commuter is not responsible for the operation of Metrolink services or the Metrolink mobile app.

Commuter participants using Metrolink to get to/from work and already enrolled in the IE COMMUTER $5/Day Incentive may sign up for the Experience Metrolink program to receive free tickets while they complete their $5/Day Incentive participation.

Commuter participants using Metrolink to get to/from work not enrolled in the $5/Day Incentive at the time of application to the Program must finish their 90-day participation in the Experience Metrolink program before starting the IE COMMUTER $5/Day Incentive.

IE COMMUTER reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Experience Metrolink program.
